Shipping Policy

1. UPDATE: Due to the holidays, shipping may take longer than expected.

2. Shipping options (USPS):

1-3  business days free shipping; (NO HOLIDAYS & NO WEEKENDS)

*Overnight to 2 business days, fastest delivery. (NO HOLIDAYS & NO WEEKENDS)

*Other Countries: business days standard shipping $27. (TIMES MAY VARY, NO HOLIDAYS & NO WEEKENDS). 

Shipment times at checkout through (USPS) are honored after the construction period has been completed. Example: Unit (A) has been completed in 30 days, on day 31 (USPS) 1 day shipment will be applied to your order and shipped to the you. 

Shipment times at checkout through (USPS) are honored after the construction period has been completed. Example: Unit (A) has been completed in 40 days, on day 43-45 (USPS) 3-5 day shipment will be applied and shipped to the customer. 

Please note:

Our units go through a customization period, plus shipping & handling time; please consider this before purchasing. Please allow anywhere between 4 to 8 weeks…..

Deliveries to APO/FPO/P.O.Boxes cannot be time-frame guaranteed nor can the packages be tracked. We recommend all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked and delivered correctly. Please ensure the address matches where you want your unit shipped, we are not responsible for last minute address changes.

Please ensure your order is 100% correct before ordering, there will be no order exchanges allowed after your payment has been submitted.

We are not liable and do not offer refunds if USPS is at fault for lost or stolen products. Please contact your local USPS for any package updates or shipment issues.

1. If the buyer modifies the address information during package delivery, the buyer is responsible for the cost resulting from this.

2. Virtualsalon.us is not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for international deliveries.
