- All units come in the same cut and style that is in the image. Also, every unit comes in in its standard color, which is #1B Natural Black unless you change it.
- If you would like your unit in #613 Blonde only, then that is a additional $65.
- If you choose a Balayage or a Vivid color then you must select both (2) the #613 color and the Balayage or Vivid color of your choice.
- Any additional request such as a wig band would be an additional charge.

Are all your packages full lace wigs?
No. We make units with mesh wig caps with bonding glue and also full lace's. If the title on the unit chosen by the customer does not say "Mesh wig cap with bounding glue", then that unit is made from a full lace or Lace front's. Please read the titles carefully. Due to Lace shortage, exchange of lace type will result to lace availabilty to fullfill the style, such as lacefront units.
What is the wig band used for?
The wig band should be applied to the inner cap to prevent sliding. During checkout you have the option to have the wig band already attached to your wig, or you can request to have the band in the box which allows you to have the freedom to adjust the band at your discretion.
What is a full lace wig?
Full lace wigs provide the luxury of having not only a beautiful hairline, but also they exhibit the illusion of scalp from the hairline, ear to ear, crown, and nape. They’re very versatile and can be worn in a variety of hairstyles such as ponytails, pigtails, cornrows, half up/half down, and short cuts just to name a few. Full lace wigs don't require wig bands, due to the fact that there are clips on the inside to secure the wig, however they still can be utilized at user’s discretion.
It’s highly recommended that the hairline is best worn glueless, however lace glue, tape and gel with a heavy viscosity can be used occasionally to bring forth the full effect of a natural hairline. Please use these implements with caution.
Do I need to shampoo my hair before wearing it?
Yes. We encourage everyone to shampoo their hair before wearing your wig to prevent excess product, oils and dirt from accumulating on the wig. Too much oil, grease and grime can cause depreciation on the wigs. Also it's important to keep up with the health of your natural hair while wearing wigs.
How to maintain my wig?
To maintain the style of your wig, make sure to use the styrofoam/plastic mannequin head provided to keep the shape and style. Our wigs are 100% human hair. They can be flat ironed and curled, but always remember that just like the hair on our heads it should be protected while using heat.
How do i pick a custom color?
First (1) start by choosing the #613 color and second (2), choose the second color you would like, either Balayage,Vivid, or Natural colors. You can choose up to three colors on the site (which we would not recommend). If you want a vivid color please add the #613 color and then secondly choose the vivid color of your choice. If you want a Balayage color please choose #613 platinum first(1) and then the balyage color of your choice second(2). If you want Natural colors such as #1,#3, simply leave it as #1B (1) and second (2) choose from one of those two colors. If you want natural colors such as #4,#5,#30GC,#350RC, #27GB,#09G, #08BUG then select #613 first (1) and then secondly (2) choose the natural color of those choices.
What if i added a color or a wig band and wasnt charged for it?
All colors and wig bands will add an additional price, so if their is any rare occasion where the price doesnt change, continue with your order and email us at Info@virtualsalon.us and request what you wou would like added and we will send you an invoice with the additional pricing. Please understand the unit will come in #1B natural black if you do not add the specific request by selections or email.If the unit already comes in a specific color then do not bother, the price is already adjusted to achieve all opertations for that specific unit.
How long will my wig last me?
6-12 months with proper care and maintenance.
What if I am not pleased with my wig?
We accept returns for repairs for fix (within 5 days of order arrival,*ALL ITEMS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION; UNWASHED & UNUSED*).
Which wigs are considered high maintenance & low maintenance wigs?
Short precision cut wigs are low maintenance because the cuts provide effortless styling and versatility.
Long styled wigs are of higher maintenance because wigs with higher density and length require more effort and tools for styling. Flat irons, rods, rollers, pins are just a few that will aid in enhancing the styling process.
Do you offer maintenance services for my wig?
Yes! Wigs can be mailed to us to be shampooed, conditioned and restyled as an added service.
How can I apply a wig?
If the wig you purchase has a wig band, the wig can be placed onto your head with the wig band wrapped around the back (nape area) of your head for a secure fit to prevent sliding. If the wig has a lace front of any kind, lace glue or lace tape around the front of your hairline with proper care. Glueless options are also recommended depending on the style being achieved in order to maintain the integrity of the lace. All other wigs can be placed onto the head to fit.
How long will I receive the order after payment?
COVID-19 UPDATE, orders may take up to 21-30 days to be completed and shipped to the customer.
How to track your order after shipping out?
All tracking numbers will be sent via text and/or email so you can keep up with the delivery updates.
Why are the wigs priced so high if they are short?
Great question! So the first portion of the payment goes to our partnered vendors. Secondly the wigs on the site are not brought in its short length, they are constructed down from 10 inches of human hair to its short length using special tools during the construction process. We take pride in handcrafting these wigs from its shapeless form to its complete shaped form and also we must mention that these precision cuts are edgy, layered and designed with full expertise. Construction, coloring and designing for short wigs takes hours and even days to complete. Lastly, a portion then goes to Virtualsalon.us for its time, worth and hardwork.
Due to health regulations and in the interest of business efficacy Virtualsalon.us only sells Wigs and associated items on the Customer’s understanding and agreement with this Refund Policy (‘Refund Policy’).
No requirement for refund under law
Please note that there is no requirement under New York State law for a store to offer a refund in the form of cash, credit, replacement merchandise or other means.
Conditions where store credit or repair will be considere
Virtualsalon.us will only be able to consider wig returns if the following conditions are met.
- The return must be commenced within five (5) working days of the Customer receiving the item.
- The wig or associated item must be
(A) unworn, and
(B) unwashed, and
(C) completely free of damage and wear, and
(D) free of smoke or fragrances, and
(E) complete with all tags, including hangtags attached, and
(F) in a condition suitable for resale
- Despite the mentioned conditions in clause 2, it is entirely at the discretion of Virtualsalon.us whether a store credit or repair will be offered for the returned wig. To be clear, Virtualsalon.us reserves the right to reject returns without offering a reason or providing notice.
ONLY Condition where a refund is guaranteed.
Virtualsalon.us will refund the customer if the project for any specific reason cannot be processed or performed during a 5-7 day window period after payment and in which we will email the customer to alert them that the unit cannot be processed. The customer will then be added to the waiting list and contacted once the project is available for performance by Virtualsalon.us. Virtual Salon does not offer refunds at any cost once the operations begin. COVID-19 UPDATE , ORDERS MAY TAKE UP TO 21 DAYS TO BE COMPLETED AND SHIPPED TO THE CUSTOMER. If Dilciabynature queue is full and 21 days is not possible then the customer will receive an email explaining their queue status and that extra time will be needed. All orders are FINAL once the order is shipped to the customer and NO REFUNDS.
Sale items and accessories not returnable
- To the full extent permitted by law, the Customer acknowledges that sale items, final sales, and all accessories are not-returnable.
Customer liable for all shipping fees in relation to returned item
- The Customer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred when sending the order back to Virtualsalon.us.
6. All shipping fees in relation to a returned wig are non-refundable in any way.
- We only accept US domestic returns.
- No returns for international shipping.
Process of applying for a store credit or repair
- If the Customer meets the return/exchange requirements (outlined above),
- email Virtualsalon.us at info@Virtualsalon.us to obtain the designer's mailing address.
- The item(s) should then be shipped to that address.
- The Customer must include the original packing slip with the item returned.
(If the Customer has misplaced the packing slip, the Customer is asked to enclose a note with the Customer’s full name and/or order number.)
- The Customer should include a written note stating that the Customer would like to exchange an unit to be constructed to be fitted or receive a Virtualsalon.us gift card.
- If the return is approved by Virtualsalon.us, and an exchange is not possible, the Customer will be provided with a Virtualsalon.us gift card which will be received via email.
- While all actions are at Virtualsalon.us discretion, upon receipt of a Customer’s package, the return for store credit will be processed within five (5) business days.
- The Customer will be notified via email once your return has been processed.

You understand and agree that if an allergic, chemical, or health reaction occurs, you will not hold Virtualsalon.us at fault and will not bring any claim against Virtualsalon.us. You are responsible to check yourself if you are allergic to any substance. If you have any allergic reaction from any of the substances used in the wigs, any color, or any chemicals, you must inform beforehand on special request. You are responsible to follow all daily maintenance procedures to keep your Wig in the best condition possible.
By this Disclaimer, You assume any risk, and take full responsibility and waive any claims of personal injury or damage to yourself associated with such services by Virtualsalon.us. You also agree to grant full creative control to Virtualsalon.us when you choose the Style and Color for the product.
